Poly-Clay covered Brass Pens:

These individually handcrafted polymer clay pens are formed during a multiple step process.  The individual colors of the poly-clay are layered, cut, relayered, swirled, turned, relayered, stretched, and smoothed, then applied to the solid brass housing.  Following  a heat cure the barrels are hand sanded, starting from  400 grit through to 1000 grit, resulting in a “smooth as a baby’s bottom” finish.  Please know the colors are never painted, but are within the clay itself -  they will not rub nor wear off.  The ballpoint “innards” are refillable,  thus these beauties will last a lifetime.  Please enjoy.                                                                                      $23.99
